Managing partner Lucy Cross has spent her career in business-to-business marketing for leading UK and global companies. She has a BSc in Chemistry from Durham University. She is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (MCIM) and is a Chartered Marketer.

She established Industrial Revolutions in 2004 after recognising the need for B2B marketing services.
